“I’ve lived here for many years now, and I have to say I am very impressed since new management took over. They are way more proactive and trying to improve the community for all residents. I am very impressed thus far. I’ve reached out to the manager, Ashley, on several occasions, and she has always been more than helpful. She also is available most of the time and, if not, returns messages or emails very promptly. I’ve also had the pleasure of being helped by Mariah a few times, and she’s also very pleasant and accommodating. The current maintenance team of Cesar and Victor is also a big reason why I enjoy living here. Whenever I have a maintenance request or need any help around the community, those guys bend over backward to help me asap. Things get fixed right away, no questions asked. Overall just a great place to live, and it’s getting even better since new management took over.”

“I’ve been living at Elara, formerly known as Oceano at Warner Center, for about four years and have enjoyed my experience. I enjoy living here because of the facilities and maintenance crew, Victor and Ceaser. Those two and their workers are attentive, personable, and continuously try their best to help tenants in their apartments. I have truly enjoyed my stay because of those two and the previous team at Oceano, Livio. If there is an issue in the apartment, they are on top of it and prioritize the situation for the guests. “New management! Reading through these reviews, my girlfriend and I didn’t know what to expect when visiting for a tour. We have lived here for two weeks, so I will have to update along the way, but so far, it couldn’t be more of an amazing experience. Mariah, Esteban, Amy, and Cesar are the dream team. I haven’t had the pleasure to meet Victor yet, but I’m sure he’s just as exceptional.
All of the management staff work flawlessly together to cover all needs that may come up. Amy and Esteban worked to try and find the perfect unit for my girlfriend and me based on our preferences on floor plan, exterior facing, etc. They did just that. This unit is beautifully updated through and through. We always have the windows open because of how quiet and peaceful it is here. I am home most of the time, so even though I only have two weeks to go off of, it’s a pretty solid two weeks.
Renovations! Upon the tour, we were shown all of these renderings of plans this complex has. I was skeptical to see if they would pull through as planned. They have exceeded expectations! In these two weeks, they redone the pool changed the complex name/launched the completely revamped website, had an entire landscaping team come through to trim trees, put in fresh mulch, etc., and just began repainting the whole exterior. Their plans go far beyond that with new carpets, interior paint, a virtual game room, new elevators, etc. And I believe every word is based on their performance so far.
In short, this team is on the ball. The fan wasn’t working, so they replaced it the same day. I also had issues with the gate clicker, which was fixed the same day. They are here seven days a week! In-person, just a few steps away. They have never missed my call and have hopped on anything we bring their way with a provided solution.
Always incredibly friendly, genuine, and helpful. Thank you again to Mariah, Esteban, Amy, and Cesar (I’ll have to cross Victor’s path soon). Nobody has outperformed the other. You all have put forth a lot of effort to make this a great place to live for us. You guys are amazing, and my girlfriend and I eagerly await to see what this complex will have to offer with this new team and its vision.”
